Adjustable bed is comfy

I grabbed an Adjustable Bed from them, and it's pretty comfy. Delivery took about a week, which was fine. Setting it up wasn't too hard, me and my partner managed it without much fuss. It makes watching TV in bed way better. Overall, I'm happy with it, no real complaints.

Inversion table was great!

I just got an Inversion Table from Relaxacare and it's fantastic! The delivery was super fast, got here in just 4 days. Assembly was easy too, didn't take long at all. My back feels so much better after using it. I'm definitely shopping here again and telling all my friends about it!

Overall good experience

I ordered an Infrared Sauna during a seasonal wellness sale. The price was competitive, and the free shipping on large items was a big plus. It arrived about 8 days after I placed the order, which was reasonable considering the size. Assembly was a bit more involved than I anticipated, but the instructions were clear enough. The sauna itself is very good quality. My only minor issue was that a small accessory piece was missing, but customer service was responsive and sent it out quickly. I appreciate the financing options they offer.

Consistent quality, fast shipping

This was my third purchase from Relaxacare, and they're always reliable. I got a set of Compression Boots this time. Just like my previous orders for a Foot Massager and a Weighted Blanket, the shipping was quick, arriving in under a week. The product quality is consistently high, and everything functions as described. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver every time. It's good to have a go-to for recovery tools.

Thinking of getting a massage chair, but I'm in Vancouver. How long does shipping usually take to the west coast?

M Megan 4 weeks ago
For big stuff like chairs, I think they say 7-10 business days usually. Mine arrived in about 8 days to Calgary.

It can vary a lot. Depends on if they have it in stock locally or if it's coming from a main warehouse. Best to ask them directly for an estimate.

Are their massage chairs actually good quality? I've seen some on Amazon that look similar but are way cheaper.

I got the Human Touch chair last year and it's fantastic. Definitely feels premium, not like those flimsy ones you see on random sites. You get what you pay for with these things.

Totally different league than Amazon stuff. Relaxacare usually carries known brands like Osaki and Human Touch, so it's not some generic white label. Plus, warranty is generally better through them directly.

Hey has anyone bought a sauna from here? Wondering about the return policy if it doesn't fit my space right.

D David Patel 1 month ago
Yeah, I returned a smaller one last year. It was a bit of a process, you have to contact them within 14 days and it needs to be in its original packaging. Also, you cover the return shipping.

That's good to know, was thinking about a cold plunge but that's a big item to ship back if it doesn't work out.

Just curious, does Relaxacare actually have a physical store anywhere? Or is it just online?

N Neil M. 1 month ago
I think they have a showroom somewhere in Ontario, like Toronto area or something? But most of their business is online.

Yeah, pretty sure it's mainly an online store. I've only ever ordered from their website. Makes sense for such big items.

What kind of financing options do they have? Don't want to drop thousands all at once for a cold plunge.

R Rosa Okafor 3 weeks ago
They use Affirm for financing, I split my payments up for a few months. Pretty straightforward application during checkout.

Yeah, Affirm is usually 0% interest if you pay it off within a certain timeframe, depending on the promotion. Worth checking out the terms they offer.

Does anyone know if they offer any discounts for first-time buyers? Thinking of signing up for the newsletter.

M Marcus N. 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I think I got a code for like $50 off my first order when I signed up for emails. Was pretty sweet for a smaller item.

They do sometimes, but it's usually for newsletter sign-ups. Don't expect a huge discount on a massage chair with it, those usually get bigger savings during seasonal sales.

Comparing the saunas here vs. Northern Lights. Any opinions on quality or features?

C Cody 1 month ago
I looked at both when I was buying. Northern Lights felt a bit more rustic, handmade almost. Relaxacare has a wider selection of infrared and traditional, often with more modern tech features. Depends on what you're after.

Relaxacare definitely has some good brands, sometimes their prices are a bit better during sales too. I think their support might be easier to deal with if you have an issue down the road compared to smaller manufacturers.
